You can download the app tapXphone from the Google Play app store on your device.
- Make sure you use the phone number and email address indicated in the completed app to this app;
- Close all open app windows on your smartphone.
- After downloading the app, you will follow the steps indicated in the instruction and receive an SMS with the initialization and authorization code. After successfully enrolling your smartphone, you can accept card payments;
- At the same time, on your email you will receive the login and password from the maib interface specially created for your company. You will have the role of "main cashier" from now on. You will efficiently manage the company's activity (creating cashier profiles, viewing transactions, etc.
The number of smartphones enrolled equals the number of licenses initially requested from maib. This number can be changed at any time if necessary.
*Note: Multiple cashiers can be logged in on a smartphone, or multiple payments can be received simultaneously. The "main cashier" will perform specific configurations according to the instruction to activate this option.
With the application, you can receive card payments (VISA, Mastercard), cancel transactions, view the list of current day transactions.
- Make sure the NFC function is active on the phone;
- Touch the back of the smartphone with the card (the NFC area of the smartphone) and hold it (maximum 5 sec.) until the 4 lights on the display are activated.
* If necessary, repeat the process.
After completing the operation, a “success check” mark will appear and you will be able to view the receipt on the screen, scan the QR code, send SMS to the customer's phone number or postal address.
You can cancel the transaction from the app until the end of the operational day.
Suppose you want to cancel a transaction carried out on another day. It is necessary to send a letter to this effect to the maib.
Maib will transfer the funds on the next business day after the end of the operational day / POS/batch log (Z report).
After signing the contract, you will be enrolled no later than the next working day and, respectively - you will be able to receive card payments.
The damaged or lost device may be locked from the personal cabinet (the dealer’s office). Later, you will quickly and simply enroll the new smartphone.
