report a case of internal fraud or corruption

If you are a maib customer or partner and have information about a case of internal fraud or corruption, we urge you to notify us as soon as possible using one of the optional methods listed below:

  • via a phone call to the Contact Center by phone number:
    • 1313 –for individuals (calls only from the Republic of Moldova, standard rate, available 24/7 from any network) or
    • 1314 –for legal entities (calls only from the Republic of Moldova, standard rate, available 24/7 from any network);
  • by sending a letter to: MD-2012, mun. Chișinău, 127, 31 August 1989 str., Compliance Department;
  • by email to: antifrauda@maib.md;
  • by filling in the information from the form.

If you are a maib employee and you know of a case of internal fraud/corruption, or you have a suspicion of internal fraud, corruption, abuse, ethical issue or any other concern about an activity that may have violated the Bank's purpose, values or principles of ethical behaviour in maib, we encourage you to share that information with us by filling in the information from the form.
