Upon the request of many of our customers, we present a new functionality available in Ingenico POS terminals: the option to return money to your customers when they return or refuse the service or product purchased.
You can now make returns for transactions made up to 60 days ago directly from your POS terminal. This will simplify the returns process for both your team and your customers. The refund process via our POS terminals is simple and intuitive. You only need a few steps to process the return, and the buyer will receive the funds in their account shortly.
