We're announcing some changes in the law that are important to know about. By Order no.75 of 19.07.2023 of the Commission for Exceptional Situations of the Republic of Moldova, the following were established:
- for joint-stock companies (SA) and limited liability companies (SRL), the net profit/dividends will only be paid to associates/shareholders by bank transfer.
