Announcement on changes to the General Terms and Conditions for providing financial services to legal entities within BC “MAIB” SA, published on March 20, 2025

Dear customers,

We want to inform you that, starting from March 20, 2025, changes have been published regarding the general terms and conditions for providing financial services to legal entities, as approved by the decision of the Bank's Management Board (Minutes no. 30.1) on March 14, 2025.

The changes will take effect 30 days after publication on the maib website and concern the following provisions:

1. Processing and protection of personal data (p.14 - p.17);
2. Card security rules and principles (p.25 – p.31);
3. Functionality of the Smart POS / POS-terminal Service (p.1.6 – p.1.7., p.1.21.10., p.46);
4. Payment operations and other services that are conducted on the current account (p.6, p.9).
