Professional growth is essential at maib, so team leaders are constantly encouraged to advance to the next level by participating in various trainings organised inside and outside maib.
After another successful edition, maib is organising a new edition of the maib leaders growing journey, a program dedicated to developing employees' managerial skills. It will give 40 leaders from the bank's teams the opportunity to rediscover their strengths and expand their vision in the broad field of leadership.
The program will run for 10 weeks and will be facilitated by maib leaders. Participants will share their experiences, discover innovative ideas, and acquire the tools to manage teams effectively and strengthen maib culture.
The program will address topics such as boosting creativity, facilitating cultural transformation, strategic/visionary leadership and others to make the set objectives a reality.
One aspect of the program that makes it easier to grasp is that it will be taught using case studies. This will inspire participants to discover new ways to solve managerial challenges, motivate their team to excel, and generate bold and innovative ideas.
