The Register of Securities Issuers has confirmed the successful registration of the first corporate bond issue under the second program, and the results have received the approval of the National Commission for Financial Market.
Within the framework of this issue, which took place between December 4 and 26, 2023, 5000 Class VI registered bonds were subscribed, comprising the entire volume of the first issue. The circulation period of these bonds is 3 years, and the interest rate is floating, which will be paid monthly on the investor's card or current account.
It is worth mentioning that the second maib corporate bonds program will be carried out over 12 months, and the bank will regularly launch a total of 10 consecutive issues of corporate bonds of different classes with a subscription rate of at least 1% for each issue, with a nominal value of 100 million MDL each.
