Being the first bank in Moldova which embraced agile transformation, maib is excited to inspire and share its experience, learned lessons, and practical ways of implementing the agile way of working. Thus, maib organised the second edition of the maib agile rocks event, during which Maxim Gorbatenchii, Product Owner at maib, talked about the highlights of this exciting journey.
The event gathered around 30 participants interested in innovative organisational trends at maib park. They discovered how to adopt agile practices in product management. Participants also learned how these practices improve operational efficiency and generate innovative solutions to meet evolving customer needs and expectations.
