We inform you that, based on Law No. 293/2017, published in the Official Gazette on August 5, 2024, the guarantee fee has been set at 0.4% per year of the state guarantee balance, according to the decision of the Ministry of Finance.
It has been established that the guarantee fee of 0.4% will apply to new beneficiaries of the state program "Prima Casa" starting from the date of entry into force of Law No. 218/2024 for amending certain normative acts ("Prima Casa Plus").
The guarantee fee will be calculated monthly, starting from the first day of credit disbursement under the "Prima Casa" Program and will continue until the full repayment of the credit or, in the event of the execution of the state guarantee, until the sale of the mortgaged property.
For beneficiaries of the state program "Prima Casa" who contracted mortgage loans under the program before the entry into force of Law No. 218/2024, the bank will ensure the application of the guarantee fee of 0.4% annually, starting from 01.09.2024.
Starting September 2, 2024, the new repayment schedule for "Prima Casa" credit payments will be available at the branch and/or in the maibank mobile app.
