Payment Terms:

1. The costs related to the launch of e-commerce will be partially covered by the Future Technologies Project in Moldova. The amount paid in Moldovan lei will be the equivalent of 500 to 2,000 USD per beneficiary under the GoEcomm Program.
2. The service provider will issue the tax invoice to the Future Technologies Project in Moldova with 0% VAT pursuant to Government Decision no. 246 "On the manner of granting fiscal and customs facilities for ongoing technical and investment assistance projects, which fall under international treaties to which the Republic of Moldova is a party", of April 8, 2010, Government Decision no. 646 of 26.11.2021 and Government Decision no. 149/2022 of 09.03.2022.
3. The tax invoice will be issued after the beneficiary and supplier sign the handover-acceptance deed. The supplier will additionally present confirmation of the services provided (e.g. – product photos, video, product description content, etc.)
4. Questions regarding payment can be sent to ftaprocurement@chemonics.md
5. The payment documents will be submitted by e-mail in the first 10 calendar days of the month.
