Maib offers you the opportunity to pay for public services online, being among the first commercial banks to join the "Government E-Payment Gateway" (MPay) project.
What is MPay?
MPay is a system through which you can pay for public services, using the most convenient payment tool: Internet-Banking, maibank mobile application, maib self-service terminals or at the bank counter, paying with a bank card or cash.
In addition to the many services you can pay on the mpay.gov.md website (kindergarten, school, fines, taxes, etc.), there are some payments that can be made online only through the maibank app or internet banking from maib: fee for the use of roads by vehicles not registered in the Republic of Moldova (vignette), payment for export-import duties and other payments administered by customs institutions.

How to pay for a public service via MPay?
- Go to the website www.mpay.gov.md.
- Select the service
- Select the payment method: via internet banking maib or from mobile app maibank.
- Enter the card data issued by maib.
- Receive payment confirmation.
To pay for public services in cash at any maib branch, you must present the payment note issued within the MPay system.

- identity card;
- MPay invoice
- a bank card (if you pay online).

There is no fee charged for making payments through the MPay service.
