During the new edition of New Employees Day, more than 90 talented, newly hired professionals communicated with the bank's management team, exploring maib's culture, values and vision.
The questions addressed by the new employees were as diverse as they were interesting, and the management team provided answers to each one, including: "What are your expectations of an employee in the first 6 months?" "How do you see the banking system and banking technologies evolving in the next 5 years?" or "What plans does maib have for employees in the next 5 years?"
