The MAIB Internship Program "Remunerated Internships" is officially launched and awaiting applications from the country's best students. The enrolment will last until September 10, 2021, and during this time MAIB invites young people to get acquainted with the internship areas and to opt for one of them.
The following candidates are invited to participate:
- students of the 3rd and 4th year of studies, cycle I Bachelor degree, full-time studies;
- students of the 1st and 2nd year of studies, Master's program, full-time studies;
- students of the last year of studies at the Center of Excellence in Economics and Finance.
The candidates eligible for the program are students studying at "Alecu Russo" State University of Balti, Technical University of Moldova, State University of Moldova, Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Center of Excellence in Economics and Finance, "Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu" State University of Cahul.
For the period 13-17 September, a dedicated commission will conduct interviews with the young people enrolled in the program. The winners will be nominated on September 20, and they will be selected on the basis of academic achievement, interview presentation and the results of the proposed task for completion.
The internships will start on October 1 and will last until March 2022, for six consecutive months, 3-4 hours a day, allowing students to combine work at the bank with study hours at the university.
The internships will take place in MAIB branches in Chisinau, Balti and Cahul, as well as in the subdivisions of the Head Office.
The MAIB internship program includes several benefits for the enrolled students. In addition to participating in coaching and training sessions, guided by the bank professionals and external mentors, they are provided with a monthly scholarship, the AVANTI bank card and the possibility of full or part-time employment.
The end of the internship program will be marked by the development and presentation of group projects. The best project will be presented to the Bank management.
