Maib Academy, a maib-branded project, has launched yet another financial education program for adults to raise financial literacy. Maib Academy organizes financial education lessons annually for around 500 pupils, who gain new skills and useful tools to navigate the financial domain as applied to everyday life.
The Financial Education for seniors program aims to provide adults with the support they need to expand their financial knowledge and manage their resources more efficiently and safely. Since navigating digital options in banking can come with unique challenges for seniors, this program has been crafted to meet the specific needs and questions of individuals at this stage of life, providing them with the support they need to face these challenges confidently.
As part of the financial education program for seniors, participants discover more about digital banking solutions and banking products and services that can make their lives simpler and easier, such as:
1. the functionalities of ATMs, self-service terminals and the maibank app;
2. banking products and services for seniors;
3. fraud protection methods and many other important aspects.
In addition to the valuable information obtained, the adults can take a tour of the maib park premises, receive training in using the self-service terminals and ATMs and get all questions answered.
