It's available directly from the maibank app, in the split in installments section, and can be used for any payments made with your maib debit card in MDL, whether you paid in-store or online. Yes, it's even available for shopping abroad!

With split in installments from maib, you get your money back and divide it into equal installments to pay it back in the selected period. Transactions made up to 90 days ago are eligible, and you can choose to pay back in 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. You get 12% fixed interest and 0% additional fees.
How does it work?

- find split in installments
- from the list of eligible transactions, choose the ones you want to pay back
- select the number of installments
- choose the card to which the money will be transferred and the date when you want to pay the monthly installment
- enjoy the new opportunities with your returned money
