Notice regarding the change of tariffs and fees for servicing accounts and cards for natural persons

Dear customer,

Thank you for using the maib service anytime, anywhere. Every day, we do our utmost to provide you with quality financial services and the best possible banking experience. In this regard, we would like to inform you about changes in the maib Card Servicing Commission Fees Register, which will take effect from 01.02.2024. We assure you that your experience with maib is our focus, and we aim to continue providing the best financial products and services.

So, the main changes apply to:

1. P2P transfer via electronic maib channels
   Starting from 01.02.2024, we have reduced the transfer fee from maib Visa Classic salary or social card to a card issued by another bank in the Republic of Moldova to 10 MDL/ 0.5 EUR/USD.
2. P2P transfer through electronic channels managed by other banks will be 1.5% minimum 20 MDL/ 1 EUR/USD.
3. Card account top-up via SWIFT (transfer from abroad in foreign currency) - to maintain the high standards of security and speed, we have set the fee at 0.70%.
4. Card servicing:
   • Maib daily card* - you benefit from free servicing by making payments of 3000 MDL/month. Otherwise, you will pay a monthly service fee of 10 MDL/ 0.5 USD/EUR.
     *Maib daily general card and maib digital card starting with the fourth card.
   • Maib freelance card (physical and digital) - if you carry out transactions amounting to 4000 MDL/month, you will receive free servicing. Otherwise, you will pay a monthly service fee of 35 MDL/ 1.75 USD/EUR.
   • Maib gama universal*card (physical and digital) - if you carry out transactions amounting to 4000 MDL/month, you will receive free servicing. Otherwise, you will pay a monthly service fee of 35 MDL/ 1.75 USD/EUR.
     *Exception is card opened within the salary project.
   • Maib gama premium* card (physical and digital) - if you carry out transactions amounting to MDL 10,000/month, you will receive free servicing. Otherwise, you will pay a monthly service fee of 100 MDL/ 5 USD/EUR.
     *Exception is card opened within the salary project.
5. Cash withdrawal at maib ATM
   For the maib daily advantageous card*, the first 3 withdrawals will be free, the others - 3 MDL/0.15 EUR/USD per transaction.
   *The card is offered to young people up to 25 years old, loan recipients, depositors and T2C transfer recipients
6. Cash withdrawals from ATMs and branches of other banks in the Republic of Moldova will be 1%+30 MDL/1.5 EUR/USD.
