The National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Moldova expressed its gratitude to BC "Moldova Agroindbank" SA for its contribution to the development of Olympic sports, awarding the bank a unique distinction - Diploma as a sign of high gratitude for supporting the Olympic Team and promoting Olympic values.
The award was presented to Eugeniu Josan, a member of the bank's Management Committee, on Thursday evening, during the Olympic Dinner offered by CNO on the occasion of the presentation of the sportswear of the members of the Sochi 2014 team. "Moldova Agroindbank" SA approved the decision to sponsor the 2014 Sochi Olympic Team.
"We hope that this financial contribution will facilitate the participation of the national team of the Republic of Moldova in the Winter Olympics. But the most important support will be our moral support for the athletes who will defend the colors of Moldova in Sochi. We wish them perseverance, strength, speed and, of course, victory!", remarked the Chairman of the Management Committee of Moldova Agroindbank, Serghei Cebotari.
MAIB has been a partner of the National Olympic Committee for many years and contributes significant financial resources to the preparation of national Olympic teams. Contributing to the development of performance and grassroots sports is an essential part of the social responsibility policy promoted by MAIB.
