BC "Moldova Agroindbank" SA obtained the highest distinctions at the Moldovan Business Gala, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova (CCI) on May 31st.
Thus, MAIB was awarded the Grand Prize - "Golden Mercury" in the category "Reputation and Trust" in the contest "Trademark of the Year 2017" and the Grand Prize - "Goddess of Quality" in the competition "Award for achievements in the field of quality 2017".
The Chairman of the MAIB Management Committee, Serghei Cebotari, mentioned: "The trophies obtained by MAIB confirm the bank's reputation, the trust and loyalty gained and strengthened continuously in the relationship with customers and partners. At the same time, the grand prize obtained in the contest "Award for achievements in the field of quality 2017" is a recognition of the effective implementation of the strategy in the field of quality management by providing quality banking products and services that not only meet but also exceed our customers' expectations”.
Attending the ceremony, Vice-President of the Management Committee, Marcel Teleuca, said: “I am honored to receive these trophies, which are a confirmation of the efforts made by the entire MAIB team to continuously increase the level of trust of customers by providing the safest and most qualitative financial services”.
The Grand Prize "Golden Mercury" and "Goddess of Quality" are the highest distinctions in the competitions mentioned above and represent the highest appreciation of the local trademark in the respective nomination and the measures taken in the field of quality management. The current edition of the competition was attended by 110 national brands, which competed in 13 nominations.
MAIB's achievements are recognized both nationally and internationally. Thus, in 2017, Moldova Agroindbank was declared "The Best Commercial Bank in Moldova" by the prestigious international magazines "Global Banking & Finance Review" and "Global Finance". At the same time, the British magazine "Capital Finance International" designated MAIB as "the Bank with the highest social impact in Moldova".
