BC "Moldova Agroindbank" SA has experienced a fulminant evolution in the "TOP 100 SEE" ranking elaborated annually by the international financial agency SEE News in collaboration with Euromonitor International.
With a maximum volume of assets in the Moldovan banking system, which exceeded 715 million euros at the end of 2012, MAIB climbed 15 positions and ranked 73rd in the top of the best performing banks in Southeast Europe.
Commenting on this event, the bank President, Serghei Cebotari, mentioned: "The new appreciation, coming from SEE News, is even more important for us, considering that it was based on the evaluation of the performances of over 2000 companies. Moldova Agroindbank surpassed the banks in the Republic of Moldova and many banks in the Southeast Europe region, which competed".
The position obtained by Moldova Agroindbank once again confirms the status of an undisputed leader in the domestic banking market and the ascendancy of its class abroad.
For the performances obtained in 2013, the influential international magazine Global Banking & Finance Review recently awarded BC "Moldova Agroindbank" the title of Best Commercial Bank in Moldova.
Moldova Agroindbank Commercial Bank is the largest in Moldova, with an asset volume of almost 12.9 billion lei. At the end of September 2013, it increased by about 1.5 billion lei compared to the similar period of the previous year.
