Maib and BAA Gladei&Partners have designated the winners of the Merit scholarships for law students of Law Faculties

Maib and BAA Gladei&Partners had the honour of selecting the winners of the Merit Scholarships for law students of Law Faculties in the country. This initiative represents a strong commitment to promoting academic excellence and supporting quality legal education in the Republic of Moldova.

The Merit Scholarships were awarded during a special ceremony held at the Faculty of Law of USM, the competition being held in two stages: in the first stage, the students/graduates applied their CVs and an essay on the topic "Financial contracts concluded remotely: comparative analysis B2C vs B2B", and in the second stage they presented their essay in front of the competition committee.

The students' knowledge was assessed at the highest level by experts in the field, namely Aelita Orhei, Head of the Legal Department at maib, Roger Gladei, Managing Partner BAA Gladei and Partners and Serghei Brînza, Dean of the Faculty of Law of USM .

Aelita Orhei, Head of Legal Department maib:
"I was delighted to discover young talent within the project with the potential to excel and impress. We want to attract to our team motivated people with innovative ideas who have in-depth knowledge and want to put it into practice. That's why we are proud to participate in this competition year after year, but also a pleasure to initiate a dialogue with future maib colleagues."

Roger Gladei, Managing Partner BAA Gladei&Partners:
"We appreciated both the quality of the essays and the presentations, or the art of legal professionals lies not only in crafting good content, rhetoric, and the ability to be expressive and persuasive. We are also pleased that most of the applicants are participants of the recent Gladei and Partners Summer School, but also that this is the first time the fellow has been in contact with our office, so, as the master says, talent has no rest days."

The two students who won the merit scholarships have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to analysing the proposed topic and have achieved exceptional results during their studies.
