For the third consecutive year, BC "Moldova Agroindbank" SA obtains the Grand Prize "Golden Mercury" in the "Trademark of the Year" Contest.
"Golden Mercury" in the nomination "Social Responsible" was awarded to the bank on Thursday evening, January 29, during a solemn award ceremony for the best brands in the Republic of Moldova. The award is an expression of the constant and lasting character of the corporate social responsibility promoted by MAIB and of the innovative spirit in approaching social issues.

With the consent of the shareholders, MAIB participates with significant direct investments in the realization of numerous projects with a pronounced social impact, such as "Merit Scholarships" and "Scholarships for Your Future!", "Maria Biesu" International Festival, "Eurovision" Music Contest, National Olympic Committee, "Clipa SideralÄ" Children's Foundation, "Wine Festival" and many more.

Thus, an innovative social project represents the action of raising funds for the elderly and lonely people. Each team member from all MAIB branches transferred a certain amount of money through the "InternetBanking MAIB" remote banking system. The bank's employees have shown in this way that they are not only excellent promoters of advanced banking technologies but also very receptive to the problems of others. One project that mobilized the bank's partners was launching the PayPass contactless bank card, with the first payments made by the bank's management, business partners and social media representatives for social purposes - to procure food for a community centre. Thus, through its initiatives, BC "Moldova Agroindbank" SA wants to mobilize the team, partners, and society to achieve the country's sustainable development objectives.
