Maib successfully registers its second corporate bond issue this year in the Register of Securities Issuers

Maib announces the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers and the National Commission for Financial Markets approval of the second corporate bond issue results, which took place between May 29 and June 19. In total, for 12 months, maib will conduct 4 corporate bond issues.

Within the framework of the second issue, 1383 nominal first class bonds were subscribed in maib’s branches and at the bank’s Corporate Investment Department, with a total value of 27 660 000 MDL, the nominal value per bond being 20 000 MDL. The circulation period of these bonds is 3 years, and the interest rate is floating, being linked to the interest rate offered by maib to individuals on the "maib classic" deposit opened for a term of 365 days, plus a fixed margin of 2%, to be paid quarterly.
