The invsestment product will be available to maib customers starting April 17, 2025. This new issuance is part of an ambitious program launched in March 2025, which involves issuing 10 consecutive series of corporate bonds of different classes, each valued at 150 million MDL.

- Nominal value: 20,000 MDL per bond
- Maximum volume: 7,500 bonds
- Total value: 150 million MDL
- Interest: monthly, with a floating rate, adjusted annually
- Bond class: VII (margin +1,5%)
- Coupon rate in the first year: 6,42% *

Corporate bonds are available to both resident and non-resident individuals in the Republic of Moldova. Subscription requests can be submitted:
