The fifth maib corporate bonds issue will be available to investors starting May 30. For 20 calendar days, resident and non-resident individuals may submit a subscription application at any maib branch or at maib park (Chișinău, 127, 31 August 1989 street).
In this subscription, the bank provides future investors with a batch of 5000 V class corporate bonds with a margin of (+1%) and a coupon rate of 4.48% in the first year. The nominal value is 20.000 MDL per bond. Also, the first-come, first-served principle will be applied. Maib also reserves the right to close the offer early if the total volume available for subscription is sold out.
