From October 3, a fascinating professional journey begins for 13 students selected in the " Stagii de practică cu remunerare" internship program carried out by maib. For a place in the second edition of the internship, 75 students of the colleges, students and postgraduate students applied, and the best of the best were selected. Academic success, involvement in extracurricular and research activities, and the results of interviews with maib's human resources managers were essential stages in selecting the winners.
For 6 months of internship, the students will benefit from mentoring from the bank’s professionals. They will work alongside maib employees on projects and processes related to the activity of various divisions. Interns will have the opportunity to learn from the best specialists in the field, and at the end of the program – the best interns will receive a job offer.
