Over the years, maib has developed many beautiful initiatives, including New Employees Day. At the event, new team members can discover maib's culture, share their first impressions of integrating into the team and get answers to all their questions directly from the bank's top management.
One hundred twenty maib people who have joined the team in the last quarter attended the seventh edition of the initiative. They were introduced to maib's values and vision. They were shown how they can continuously learn and grow within the bank, with a multitude of opportunities available to help them reach their full potential.
Also, hires had the opportunity to get acquainted with each other, making for a positive working environment based on professionalism and friendship.
