At maib, there are several lovely traditions, and one of them is New Employees Day. At the event, new employees can discover more about maib culture, share their first impressions of what it's like to be part of the maib team, and ask the bank's top management questions.
The 6th edition of the new employee event gathered 101 maib people who joined the team over the last quarter. Participants learnt more about the culture, values and visions promoted by maib, discovered ways to continuously develop within the bank and explore their full potential by accessing the many opportunities available.
At the same time, new employees got to know each other, creating a positive environment based on a friendly, professional and positive approach.
