Applause, congratulations, motivation from leaders, strategic vision, appreciation from business partners, prizes for the results, and many positive emotions characterized the Excellence Gala 2022, which brought together maib employees in the Retail, Business Banking and Corporate business lines from the whole country.
The event celebrated performance and provided motivation for self-improvement in the activity by placing customers at the centre of the maib team's activity and following the purpose announced by the brand: we create simple and smart financial and lifestyle solutions, that inspire people to be happier and businesses more successful.
Cheers and awards went to the employees for the results obtained in the internal competitions held during 2022, for the performances appreciated by maib's trustworthy partners - the international payment systems Mastercard and Visa, the insurance companies Grawe Carat and General Asigurări - who awarded excellence and motivated the maib team towards new heights of success.
In particular, payment systems appreciated the development and launch in 2022 of new card products (maib freelance, digital cards, maib junior, alto) and the growth of the card portfolio in circulation.
Feedback from customers who contracted insured products at maib revealed that their development in the bank's portfolio was one of the customer-centered business decisions, motivated by the customer's needs and well-being.
