Around 200 maib people, representing all business lines, received accolades for 1001 reasons, fully realising their professional potential, pushing their horizons in their daily challenges, being and remaining customer-oriented while creating simple and smart financial solutions that fit their lifestyle, inspiring people to be happier and businesses - more prosperous.
A standing ovation also accompanied the moment of awarding special trophies to the branches with the highest score of appreciation from customers in the second quarter, the winners being the teams of maib branches "Ștefan cel Mare", "Mircea cel Bătrîn" and "Fălești".
The Excellence Gala is part of the series of internal events held by maib aimed at investing in employees and team well-being.
