The bank announces that the third corporate bond issue from July 3 to 24, 2023, was successfully registered in the Register of Securities Issuers. The National Commission for Financial Market approved the results. In total, for 12 months, maib will conduct four corporate bonds issues.
In the third issue, 4,203 nominal first class bonds were subscribed, amounting 84,060,000 MDL in total, the nominal value per bond being 20,000 MDL. The circulation period of these bonds is 3 years, and the interest rate is floating, linked to the interest rate offered by maib to individuals on the "maib classic" deposit opened for a term of 365 days, plus a fixed margin of 2%, to be paid quarterly.
