The second issue of maib corporate bonds under the second program was successfully registered in the Register of Securities Issuers. The registered results were approved by the National Financial Market Commission on February 19.
The issue took place between January 18 and February 6 this year, during which 3,107 registered bonds of class V with a margin of (+0.5%) and a total amount of 62,140,000 MDL were subscribed. These bonds have a 3-year maturity and a floating coupon rate of 4.88% in the first year.
During the second program, maib will regularly launch 10 corporate bond issues of different classes, with a nominal value of 100 million MDL each. The nominal value of a bond is 20 000 MDL, and 5000 bonds can be subscribed per issue. So, if you didn't manage to invest in the first two, keep an eye on us, as we will shortly announce the launch of the third issue (subscription)
