The fifth maib corporate bonds issue under the second program has been successfully registered in the Register of Securities Issuers. The National Commission for Financial Markets approved the results on July 2, 2024.
Under this issue, carried out between May 30 and June 18, 2024, 4,881 class VI registered bonds with a margin of (+1%) and a value of 97,620,000 MDL were subscribed. These bonds have a circulation period of 3 years, and the coupon rate is floating, being 4.48% in the first year.
Overall, during the second program, maib will regularly conduct 10 issues of corporate bonds of different classes, each worth 100 million MDL. The nominal value of a bond is 20,000 MDL, and a maximum of 5,000 bonds can be subscribed per issue.
