Maib inaugurated a new branch in its new head office in 127, 31 August 1989 str., which took the name of the office - maib park Branch - a friendly, digital and accessible space, with a varied range of products and dedicated areas for various financial needs of customers – individuals and businesses.
The space was arranged according to the customer-centric operational model and in line with the maib brand style, being organized into several dedicated areas:
- self-service area - intended for quick banking operations for customers who want to do certain operations at payment terminals autonomously and in a short time, such as: paying invoices, paying credit, checking the account, top-up cash in the account, etc. The area is part of the maib 365 concept, being open 365 days a year, 24/7.
- transactional area - allows the facilitation of several operations at a single counter, with faster service for a vast list of operations and, implicitly, saving precious time for the customer.
- the consulting area is semi-private, facilitating direct communication, analyzing complex personal or business development needs and plans. This zone is more relaxing, suitable for making important decisions, such as those related to credit, business or things alike.
- "alto" premium area - includes exclusive services, unique experiences in maximum comfort and special privileges for premium banking customers.
- digital corner area – is equipped with high-performance tablets, on which customers have independent access to the entire spectrum of the bank's digital products and services.
- mortgage center - is the space where the dream of purchasing a home or a real estate becomes a reality, thanks to the professional guidance and expertise of mortgage managers.
