Maib announces successfully registering the fourth corporate bonds issue under the second program in the Register of Securities Issuers. The National Commission approved the results for Financial Markets on May 21, once again underlining investors' confidence in an advantageous and long-term product.
The issue was carried out between April 15 and May 7 this year and drew significant interest, with a total of 4,457 nominal Class V bonds (with a margin of +0.5%) and a total value of 89,140,000 MDL. These bonds have a 3-year circulation period, and the coupon rate is 4.51% in the first year.
Under the second program, maib will regularly issue 6 more corporate bond issues of different classes with nominal values of 100 million MDL each. The nominal value of a bond is 20,000 MDL, and 5,000 bonds can be subscribed per issue.
