We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the second edition of the "maib leaders' growing journey" program. This comprehensive 10-week program was dedicated to developing the leadership skills of maib employees in managerial positions, providing them with the tools to lead successfully and turn challenges into growth opportunities.
During this program, maib top management shared valuable experiences and knowledge on strategic and transformational leadership, building a robust and innovative organisational culture, and facilitating debates based on case studies of international companies. The 40 participants were encouraged to think strategically and innovatively, broaden their horizons, and adopt new perspectives on leadership.
