Maib announces the launch of the second corporate bonds issue under the second program on January 18, 2024. Subscription will be available for 20 calendar days, allowing investors to manage savings and earn significant returns over the medium to long term.
This is a V class issuance with a margin of (+0.5%) and a coupon rate of 4.88% in the first year.
The characteristics of a corporate bonds issue are:
- 20 calendar days - subscription period;
- 5000 bonds per issue;
- 20 000 MDL - minimum investment;
- 100 million MDL - maximum investment.
Maib corporate bonds are available to resident and non-resident individuals in the Republic of Moldova. Applications may be submitted to any maib branch or the intermediary's office in Chișinău municipality, 127, 31 August 1989 street, maib park.
To meet demand, the bank will continue to apply the first come, first served principle. At the same time, it reserves the right to close the offer early if the entire volume is subscribed. We remind you that the first issue under the second program was closed earlier, as all corporate bonds were subscribed before the deadline.
