At maib we strive every day to be the best and to constantly develop the skills of our employees. The Retail Division always amazes us with exceptional results: from offering secured and unsecured loans, operations at TSS and attracting deposits, to selling cards and the maibank mobile app.
72 colleagues from different districts and localities of the country who stood out in May, June and July, were awarded for their achievements at the latest event organized specially for them. In addition to the award itself, the event was special due to the fact that we managed to get to know each employee from a personal perspective: what hobbies they have, what they do in their leisure time and what motivates them to progress.
Marinela Don, Customer Consultant, Miron Costin Branch:
”I am 21 years old and I have already managed to get to know two activity domains at maib. I previously worked as a Specialist for Individuals, and currently I support clients as a Customer Consultant.
In addition to my beloved job, I am also a student at two universities – Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova and the Ștefan cel Mare University in Suceava. I have several passions and they all belong to the creative world - music is very close to my soul, that's why since 2016 I sing in the Cantabile and Capricio choirs”.
Some have managed to scale till the top of the charts for the first time, while others have been breaking their personal and bank records for several months. This is also the case of Valentina Coșneanu, customer consultant at the ”Alecu Russo” Branch, being for the fourth consecutive month the best salesperson for operations at self-service terminals.
