In the third edition, maib offers a wide range of domains for the internship, which includes UI/UX designer, QA Automation Engineer, iOS/Android Developer, Agile Coach Assistant, External Communication Manager, Content Manager, Asset Valuation Specialist, Customer Experience Expert, Analyst Accountant, Debt Collection Expert, B2B Sales Manager.

Next is a challenging stage - the selection competition, which will run from September 18 to October 2. The most creative and innovative candidates will be selected who can significantly contribute to our team.
On October 3, the finalists - the most ambitious students who will have the opportunity to prove their skills and work with the maib team from October 9, 2023 to March 9, 2024 - will be announced. Yes, you heard right! It follows a 6-month experience full of learning and professional growth where you will have the opportunity to work in different maib departments and be mentored by top professionals.
However, the adventure doesn't stop there! Between December 1, 2023, and March 1, 2024, the participants in the maib internship program will have the opportunity to work in teams and get involved in group projects, focusing on developing an innovative product or service in banking. The best project will be presented to maib management, and the implementation possibilities will be evaluated in detail.
In addition, to support this professional development journey, each trainee will receive a monthly scholarship. They will also receive a free bank card.
The internships will take place in maib locations in Chișinau, providing a professional environment and the opportunity to interact with experts in banking.
