Maib is pleased to announce the successful registration of the seventh corporate bonds issue under the second program in the Securities Issuers Register, approved by the National Commission for Financial Markets.
The subscription, which took place from August 15 to September 3, 2024, involved 1963 Class VI corporate bonds with a margin of (+1%) and a total value of 39,260,000 MDL. These bonds have a maturity period of 3 years and a floating coupon rate of 4.45% in the first year.
Throughout the second program, maib will regularly conduct 10 issuances of corporate bonds of different classes, each with a nominal value of 100 million MDL. Each bond has a nominal value of 20,000 MDL, and up to 5,000 bonds can be subscribed to per issuance.
