Maib announces the launch of a unique management skills development program, "maib leaders's growing journey", in which 60 middle managers and key maib employees will have the opportunity to grow together in leadership skills, organisational culture, strategic thinking, etc.
The 10-week program will be facilitated by maib leaders. Thus, weekly, participants will share knowledge and experiences from the vast leadership field.
The main objectives of the program are to inspire maib leaders to grow to the next level, to encourage the generation of innovative, bold and unconventional ideas, and to provide leaders with the tools to fortify maib culture and grow successful teams.

At the same time, a large part of the learning process will comprise case studies, which will motivate maib leaders to discover new models of organising and solving managerial challenges to broaden their perspectives and successfully contribute to the maib goal: creating simple and smart financial and lifestyle solutions, that inspire people to be happier and businesses more successful .
