Thousands of music lovers met on July 16 at the most awaited outdoor symphonic music concert, “An evening in the park”, organized by iTicket with the support of maib and Mastercard.
Rhythm, colour and originality were brought to the stage at CIE Moldexpo by famous artists from the Republic of Moldova and Romania, good mood and live music being a priority.
Eager to enjoy quality music, the audience came long before the concert started. To give them positive emotions and unforgettable memories, maib and Mastercard set up a photo area and those who wished enjoyed selected dishes and wines.
For several hours, the music became a bond between the souls of those present, defeating the bad weather and the black clouds that descended on Chisinau. On the Moldexpo stage performed singers with good and energetic voices: Dara, Mariana Bulicanu, Bogdan Mihai, Pasha Parfeni, Cristina Scarlat, Geta Burlacu, Lilia Istratii, Vladimir Fotescu, who sang well-known songs, such as "New York, New York" or "I put a spell on you". They were accompanied by the Extended Orchestra of the National Philharmonic "Serghei Lunchevici" leaded by the conductor Dumitru Carciumaru.
The event culminated with the awaited performance of the artist Dan Bittman, who created sensational moments, bringing the house down with the beloved songs of the "Holograf" band.
The "An evening in the park" concert is at its fourth edition and has already become a beautiful tradition for the Republic of Moldova.
