Dear customer,
It has come to our attention that several customers have received emails claiming to be from the bank with the subject line "Urgent", "Account blocked", "Urgent account verification", etc.
We inform you that this is a scam, and we urge you to:
- not open these emails;
- not access the links in these emails requesting your details;
- delete the messages from your mailbox immediately;
- notify us as soon as possible at infofraud@maib.md or by calling 1313 that you have received such a message.
We remind you that maib does not send emails/links requesting our customers' personal information. Never provide your card data - card number, CVV, PIN or expiry date - by email or SMS.
Always be vigilant when dealing with personal and confidential data!
