Dear customer,
Following technical errors related to the settlement process, payments made with Visa cards issued by other banks, local or international, on November 30, 2024 in the maib network were sent to settlement repeatedly on December 1, 2024.
As a result, payments made by customers holding cards of local/international banks that transacted on the relevant date in the maib network were double debited.
