Reminder about the change in fees and commissions for individuals, starting from 11.10.2024

Dear customer,

Thank you for choosing maib services and products. We would like to inform you about several updates concerning rates and fees for individuals and the latest changes for premium cards.

Following the optimizations, you will have:

• easier and faster access to the maibank app;
• simple and intuitive management  for all card types directly from the maibank app: activate your card, change your PIN, download your bank statement directly from the app;
• update your personal data remotely, from the comfort of your home or office, simply and quickly, directly from maibank.

The updates will take effect on October 11, 2024. We assume you have agreed to our revised terms if you do not contact us in writing by then.

Even if you do not have or currently use the services/products listed below, we want you to be informed in case you change your mind in the future. Please read the information carefully. The estimated time for reading is 15 minutes.

Fees and commissions:

I. Commission for the SMS notification service:

Good to know: thanks to the maibank app, you have everything just a click away. It offers you the availability of services and the online viewing of all transactions, and with push notifications, you benefit from this service for free!

II. Commission for cash withdrawals at maib ATMs for salary cards:

Good to know: as gama cards are intended for shopping, when you pay in partner stores, you will get cashback, which can be accumulated, and, recently, you can withdraw it in any amount.

III. Changes regarding American Express cards:

• The issuance of the American Express Green card will be suspended.

Good to know: you still have the option to issue an American Express Gold card- a premium debit card with exclusive travel benefits and a loyalty program: 0.5% cashback on payments both nationally and internationally.

IV. Changes regarding premium cards:

• The issuance of Mastercard Platinum and Visa Platinum cards within the premium (alto) & Private packages will be suspended;
• Mastercard Platinum and Visa Platinum cards will be replaced with Visa Signature within the premium (alto) & Private packages.

V. Changes regarding the Salary Platinum package:

• The issuance of the Visa Platinum card within the Salary Platinum package will be suspended;
• The Visa Platinum card will be replaced with Visa Signature within the Salary Platinum package;
• The issuance criteria for the Salary Platinum package will be modified;
• The name of the Salary Platinum package will be changed to Salary Signature.
