Interested companies are invited to objectively assess their ability to submit an offer in compliance with the bank’s requirements and send a letter of intent to participate to the Procurement Service, according to the template provided by the bank.
Qualification criteria for companies wishing to participate:
- The company must, without exception, be a Temenos partner.
- It must have experience in implementing similar projects.
Deadline for submitting the letter of intent: December 17, 2024, by 5:00 PM (inclusive, Moldavia Time).

The bank’s announcement does not constitute an obligation to proceed with the procurement, and the bank reserves the right to cancel the procurement process at any time before signing a contract with the winning bidder.
Note: Despite the final results of this tender, MAIB reserves the right to award the goods/services to another participant in the electronic auction should circumstances arise that make it impossible for the primary winning supplier to adequately fulfill their obligations.
