Change Management Leader
We announce a new vacant position of Change Management Leader. The main responsibilities will include facilitating maib adaptation to major changes by ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing the efficiency and acceptance of new processes, technologies or cultures.
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end IT change management processes trough standardization, quality, flexibility and efficiency objectives;
- Manage IT change management standards implementation trough Agile and classic teams, considering project delivery interdependencies & cross functional teams;
- IT Change management standards will include at least: roles, governance, standard of works, tools, artifacts & documentation, metric dashboard;
- Mentoring and coaching of related change management roles in teams to stick to standards (all roles levels), inclusive being part of Change Management process;
- Contribute on SDLC related engineering practices implementation;
- Contribute on process key performance metrics improving (DORA, Time to market etc.).
Skills and abilities that make you suitable for this position:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT with being part of SDLC processes;
- Practical applying SDLC process and owned the understanding on CI/CD pipelines and other engineering practices;
- Higher education in IT, management or related disciplines;
- As advantage experience in delivering IT projects with cross-functional teams, as well as, strong experience in end to end IT change management process;
- As advantage ITSM and as well as, agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist));
- Result oriented and team skills enhancement.
